Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Some items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Grow Kits (opened or used)
- Insect & Pest Control products
- Outdoor Cookware that has been used
- Outdoor Cushions with removed tags
- Any items that show signs of use or damage not present at delivery
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

- Wait for Approval – Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days
- Package Your Item – Securely repackage the item in its original packaging with all accessories
- Ship It Back – Send the package to our warehouse at the address provided in your return approval email
- Receive Refund – Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund
Return Shipping Information
For returns and exchanges:
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost to send your replacement item
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
- Credit card refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement
- PayPal refunds are typically processed within 24 hours of approval

Exchange Policy
If you need a different size, color, or model of an item:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange
- Specify the replacement item you prefer
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the original
